We are established industry leaders in bicycle and micromobility vehicle design, engineering and manufacturing. We can help take a rough idea all the way through commercialization, from helping with the business case, design, engineering - be it in metal or in carbon fiber - prototyping, validating the design and engineering, to series manufacturing. We are entirely EU based for greater flexibility, shorter supply lines and greater control over intellectual property.

Design and surfacing

Engineering and development

Our industry unique and proprietary simulation tools allow us to reduce development time and cost significantly over typical 'build and break' engineering and development processes.

  • Aerodynamic analysis (CFD) with both virtual and physical, low speed wind tunnel testing ability

Manufacturing and production


‍We can provide prototyping for product and manufacturing verification as well as testing. We can then manufacture for small to medium series production and provide any level of finishing up to fully painted, ready to deliver products.

  • We regularly use exotic materials (UHM prepregs) and custom resins
  • Ability to fabricate highly complex structural shapes
  • Production in and out of autoclave - depending on what is most efficient for the part
  • Can deliver raw part, finished part ready to paint or painted product ready for end customer sale
  • All work done within the EU for much shorter lead times, more flexibility and more control over IP
